Red face Might be a stupid question

Ok, so last night I am rereading my Atkins Induction chapter and it says to have only 3 cups of the Veggies and then says most of you 20 Carbs should come from this amount. But that is it................................so the question: "How do I know what my carb count from the veggies are?"

I am a little afraid that I have gone over my amount, but have no real way to tell.

fitday.com or usda.gov/cnpp/ihei

enter your foods and it will give you the nutritional info

you want to avoid carrots, corn (which are actually a grain), and limit tomatoes. those are the ones I know off the top of my head
