Angry Fitday question..Help...

On fitday when I go to MyFitday link(like the ones people add on here to click so everyone can see) It shows what I eat and my total carbs are 10 so far today. Then when I scroll down a bit it gives another total on calories carbs ect by the pie chart and it says 39 carbs! Why o why? Is that the right one or is the top totals by my food for the day the right carb total? Help!

39 is the total carb CALORIES you have consumed. 10 is the total, but you also need to subtract the fiber to get your net, FitDay does not do this automatically. HTH!

Here hopefully this picture can help.

The 2 arrows will show you what your total carb counts are.

I also underlined your carb and fiber
you need to subtract the fiber from the carbs

so on mine it shows 18 carbs but 10 fiber so I actually had 8 carbs so far today.

Hope that makes sense and makes it a bit easier.

Now if you look up on top you will see source which shows grams, Cals and %total. If you look under those columns you should be able to see how many calories from each and what % of your calories are coming from what.
