"The Pavlovian Diet"
I believe it was Pavlov that conditioned dogs behaviour by "constants" and "consequnces" and it's funny to see that in this diet it's the same thing. We constantly eat low-carbs and when we step outside our boundaries we get a wicked-good stomach ache, so it teaches us the next time to eat properly, soon to the extent that we won't do it again.
I must confess that every weekend for the last three weeks I've cheated some way or other. I've also noticed that when I've been eating on induction, get burning ketones too, every weekend after, the stomach ache gets worse and worse. Last Saturday after eating sushi and a frozen yogurt it felt like I had a hangover from drinking a whole 60 the day before. All new Atkin's Inductee's BEWARE!!!!
