Default Uploading a pic

This isn't exactly a low-carb question, but it IS related to this forum. When I try to upload a pic, it says that the pixel size is too large. I transfer my pictures onto my computer from my digital camera. Does anyone know how to reduce the pixel size?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Julie, who is about to go work out for the day!

Julie -

Check your photo software that came with your camera- it usually has some options to reduce the size of the pic. Many software systems also have specific sizing for posting to web-sites.

Even Microsoft Photo Editor has an option to reduc the size of pic (Image-Resize). Sometimes the defalt to change size is by size and not pixels... start hunting around and use the software "help" features to find what you need.

Good luck!

Or you can go to www.myimager.com and follow the instructions for uploading, resizing and downloading the file again. Avatars need to be less than 100 x 100 pixels. YOu can upload photos as attachments to posts or to the gallery.
