Hi My Name Is Claire And I Am A Fairly New Low Carber. I Had A Great First Couple Of Weeks On The Atkins Diet But Now I Am Really Struggling. I Have Come Online For Some Tips And Advice

I think that's pretty typical of what happens - seems a lot of folks hit a bit of a lull after induction. Your body needs to re-adjust to the weight it's lost. I'd say surf around this site a good bit - especially the main Atkins board. Take a good look at the stats of posters; there are people here who have lost BIG and kept it off. Keep reading, you'll get lots of tips and support.

Motivates me!

edit - congratulations on the 10 pounds gone, that's fantastic! Are they gone for good? To be followed, forever, by more? Keep going! There is SO much information here; if you keep it up I know you'll see another big whoosh.

You should try and intergrate a variety of different foods into your diet...check out the recepies section for a lot of good ideas! I know I can sometimed get depressed eating the same thing day in and day out.
