Need some advice
Hi everyone, I'm hoping to find a little advice on how to put together a decent workout. As of right now I am running about 3 miles a day and that is all. I absolutely do not want to gain any more muscle on my legs. I have very little fat on them and my legs bulk up very very easily, it is rediculous and I have been teased about them nearly my entire life. So I am looking for any type of workout that will avoid making my legs larger. My main focus is my waist area and I don't mind building up my arms a little so some weights are fine. I am getting tired of running and want to spice things up a bit. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
