Pop corn is not an approved food for the induction phase, or any phase of the Atkins Diet. Pop corn is corn. Corn is a starch/carbohydrate. I would try to find something else to snack on. Maybe a slim jim or string cheese.

Good Luck!

Go grab some macadamias, which are low carb and filling, or even some mixed nuts to munch on. Not exactly legal on induction, but if it gets you through and keeps you on plan, then it shouldn't hurt anything. Popcorn isn't great for this woe. I have to avoid movies now because I have trouble resisting it.

Perhaps you need to hang a list of acceptable foods on your fridge, and eat only those.

Make sure you drink enough water to flush the toxins out.

Take your vitamins.

Eat your greens and acceptable vegetables.

I have to ask - did you take the bun off the cheeseburger?
