Default Not a Newbie, but need a refresher!

I am not a newbie, but I have a few questions I need refreshed on... when using fitday... what should your percentages be? Also, is there a number of fat grams/calories/etc... that people keep track of... in the past I have basically been able to eat what I wanted, as long as I kept the carbs down and lose the weight.... but that just doesn't seem to be working this time around, so I am going to play with the numbers... any advice on this issue would help, GREATLY!!!!...

Ok, here goes. There are two rules of thumb on the counting calories issue. Depending on who answer. 1) 10 to 12 times your current body weight.
2) 10 to 12 times your goal weight. I figure that give you a range and surly somewhere within those numbers you will find what works for you.

On the fat count (which I think if more important) you want the % to fall anywhere between 70 to 80%.
