Some of you may remember me sounding off earlier this year about an article in Healthy Magazine (the magazine of Holland & Barrett) in which their nutritionist slagged off the Atkins diet as having no vegetables in it

I sent them a blast via e-mail, but of course got no reply. However, in the latest edition of the magazine they have a three page spread on the merits of a low-carb diet

Good on yer - keep up the pressure! If enough of us keep telling 'em, they'll eventually have to believe it. It may not seem like you get a response at the time, but it all helps and then a while later they do a U turn (acting like they never said anything against low carb, of course)
