Default Low carb market

I am not sure if this has happened around any other areas, but just down the street from my house, two women opened a low carb market. The most inconvenient thing about eating low carb is that there is nothing to quickly grab if you are hungry. At this market they have a deli where they can quickly make you a wrap and tell you the carb content. They also have amazing ice cream with three grams of carbs per serving and the most incredible cheesecake i have ever had...with just 1 gram of carbs! They carry all low carb products and will even order anything you dont see. I think it is the most wonderful idea!!

Nothing quick to grab?

Hardee's (Carl Jr's) LC Thick Burgers and LC Breakfast Bowls have been my saviors. I think when I hit my goal weight, I'm going to write a quick thank you letter to them :P

Sounds just like the LC market I go to!

I don't like the ice cream too much. But the ladies are really nice. I just got caught up in too many LC snacks and stalled big time. I am Sugar Alcohol free now for 3 days.

They have some good options though!

Thumbs up I go to Miss Bobbies Low Carb Shoppe

There is one in my old neighborhood. I make a monthly trip there. Have you had the Racket Chips? They taste like Funyons. There is another snack called "Girlfriend's Booty " ...seriously. My son grabbed a bag of GB from the shelf and handed it to me. He then said "Mom, you got your hands on my Girlfriend's Booty's and the entire store broke out laughing. Girlfriend's Booty tastes alot like the Atkins Crunchers to me ( I don't like Crunchers ). This store also carries candy ( choc. covered marshmallows to die for ) cereal frozen waffles and pizza. If you are not carefull you can put on 40 lbs by eating low carb food. This store also carries low carb yogurt, milk, salads, cheese. They, too, have the ice cream, root beer floats, coffees with your choice of soy milk, cream or half and half. They offer Stevia or Splenda as sweeteners. You can get hot dogs, roast beef sandwiches, PBand J sandwiches, breakfast items.

In the restroom, there is a scale that measures your body fat. The owner, Miss Bobby, also carries a variety of LC books. The owner has been eating a low carb lifestyle for 3 years and she is thin with has pretty, long hair down that goes down to her butt. Her husband works with her at this shoppe which has been opened since mid-March.

Hey that sounds awesome with the scale!

I know I was so lucky I didn't put on any weight, but I sure did stall. I could kick myself! he he
Oh well live and learn.
