Default [Zone] Protein powder

Can anyone recommend a protein powder that taste somewhat good. That is zone approved.

Any whey protein powder would be a good choice. Once scoop is generally 17-23 grams of protein. Then you just add your carbs and fat. Designer is a good brand and so is Optimum. There are others as well.

Zone does it's own and I think its much nicer than a lot of the others. Look in the web site, but other sites sell it as well it's about £12 here in England but I think its cheaper in the USA
