As for eating part of your own body, I wouldn't worry too much about the Caloric/Carb contribution. For example, if you chew your nails, I'd think the body would expend at least as many Carbs/Calories [if there are any in nails] regrowing them as it would get from them. About the only thing we know how many Carbs there are in is Blood:
Carbs per Liter (g) = Blood Glucose (mg/dL) divided by 100
Fat per Liter (g) = Triglycerides (mg/dL) divided by 100
So, if your BG was 84 and Triglycerides 96, 1 Liter of you blood would contain 0.84g of Carbs and 0.96g of Fat. There's about 4 cups in a Liter if I remember correctly. 1 cup is the average serving size for a Beverage. So, 1 cup of LCers BLood would have 0.21g of Carbs and 0.24g of Fat. Not sure about the Protein content, though. Since Blood is virtually Non-Caloric [figuring about the same amount of Protein as Fat and Carbs, that would be < 4 kcal per cup,] I would expect most other Bodily fluids to be nearly Non-Caloric [very low in carbs] also.
Of course, if you're one of those LF folks who have BG of 200+, your fluids might not be as low in Carbs. For a person with a BG of 200, 1 cup of Blood would have 0.5g of Carbs. Figure TGs of 500, and there'd also be 1.25g of Fat. That works out to about 14 kcal per cup vs. 4 kcal per cup of LCers Blood. I'm not sure if that would also make other fluids high in Carbs/Calories. But, I read somewhere an Uncontrolled Diabetics urine attracts Ants, because it contains significant amounts of Sugar.
Interestingly, Blood would be high in Cholesterol whether your's is high or not. Figure that 175 mg/dL equates to 1,750mg per L or about 440mg per cup, about the same as 2 Large Eggs. If your Cholesterol is high...say 350 mg/dL, that would double th amount of Cholesterol per cup. So, you'd have 880mg of Cholesterol per cup, or almost the equivelant of 4 Large Eggs. That would mean Blood is certainly off limits for a LF Diet, especially since there's is probably very high in Fat [Triglycerides] and Cholesterol.
