Hi all! I've really been craving honey mustard for my salads, chicken, etc.... I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for a LC honey mustard (if there is such a thing!).

Well there is a LC imitation honey you can get at Super Walmart. It's only 1.68 or so for a container. I would say if you are really craving honey mustard, go buy it and follow a regular honey mustard recipe using the LC honey in place of regular.

I posted a recipe for this in the recipe forums if you do a search. It uses yellow mustard, mayo, and splenda I believe.

Atkins has a "Sweet as Honey" Mustard salad dressing that Subway uses on their chicken & spinach salad. I haven't found the bottles locally, but it is available from the Atkins website: http://atkins.com/shop/products/Atk..._Dressings.html You might go try a packet at Subway before ordering it, but it was really good.

Just a note...the Imitation Honey at Wal-Mart is made from Maltitol Syrup. So, if that kind of stuff effects you [diet or gastrically,] you migh want to look into Honey Flavor Oils. There was some site selling them, but I can't remember the addy.
