Default I've broken past the test!

The whole time that I was on induction, I figured it was like a test to see my will power. Apparently I have one. Now as I move onto OWL I look forward to the many more foods that I can eat. I'm psyched, I've never been soooo happy and I've converted three ladies from the office to Low-Carbing! (They watch for the results in me).

I don't think that I could have done this "test" without all you're help. Since becoming a member here, I've been anxious to see what's going on everyday. I'm addicted to this place. Thanks for everything, and know that I'm here to help you guys out too!!!

Love Lori

Wooowhooo...OWL is great!!! It's nice to eat some things like nuts and berries and to have some LC ice cream once in awhile....all the while still loosing.
Don't forget, in OWL, your weight loss will slow down and that is normal and healthy

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! OWL is indeed great. I'm up to 35 carbs and have added lc dairy, nuts and berries. One more week with the berries and I'll add lc grains and be at 40 carbs! I'm so excited to finally be getting there. I'm going to stick with that for a month and then evaluate how my loss is going. Good luck to you and enjoy!
