Default Thanks for the support!

I just wanted to post a follow up to my post below about being frustrated.

Well, over the last few days I've managed to turn everything around and I feel so much better!

I've decided to try eating along the lines of KISS for a while. Lots of LC veggies, meats, low dairy, etc. I'm on my third day now and last night I was finally in ketosis again after months of not getting there! And, this morning I was already down to 224.8 (that's without, ahem, going potty ).

I just needed to refocus everything and I was able to thanks to all your great comments and thoughts. It's really very hard to get motivated to be "good" that I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it.

Thanks so much and I'll keep you posted on my success!

I've been eating nothing but meat, green veggies, eggs and the occasional cheese for 3 weeks, and I think it's made me feel so much better! You're on the right track!

Smile

I have been eating very simple myself and a friend who I had not seen for a few weeks saw me on last Sat and she told me yesterday when I walked into the bowling alley where they were having thier party, I just looked healthy. She said I looked so much better. Wow, that was great to hear. I have noticed that my allergies are much less now with the healthy food and lots of water. I feel great, and although the aches are not all gone, I am 231.5, my body has a lot to carry around, as I lose, it will get better.
I am so happy for you that you are feeling better, it really does help to come here when you have a bad time of it. It can turn it all around !!!
I am looking so forward to watching your success !! Stephie
