Default Where's the FAT?

Hi there.

I know where to find plenty of protein but I'm concerned about getting enough good fat in my diet. Can anybody offer some food suggestions?

Thanks!

Also choose fattier cuts of meat, and leave the skin on chicken. Use a little extra butter or dressing on your veggies. It doesn't take much, the fat adds up fast.

Heavy cream in your tea if you drink it is nice to bump up fat.

Tuna or chicken salad with full fat mayo is a great way, have some pork rinds with it, that is fatty too. Some grated cheese in your scrambled eggs, or even some egg salad with the mayo is great too. I like to mix some cream cheese and a bit of splenda or aspartame, and whip up a little real whipping cream with a bit of splenda and fold them together, very good, can add a bit of cocoa powder and it is very satifying and adds some fat. A little bit goes a long way, so I only make a small amount at a time so I do not go nuts and eat way too much. Hmmm, nuts, don't they have fat, but have to be eaten in moderation, just frying eggs in butter or bacon fat, gee, I do not seem to have any problems with fat, you can tell I enjoy eating fatty things lol !! It is easy, got to get away from all that fat free thinking that has been drilled into us all, it is fun once you start seeing how good food tastes with the fat in it. Stephie

Cream cheese, splenda, and whipping cream?? That sounds rich. What does it go well with?
