Default sorry to bother you, one more question...

hello ! I am sorry to bother you wonderful people one more time, but there is something not clear in the book, it says that in phase II you introduce foods low on the glyceimex (sp?) index, but how low? is there a rating on the list one would want to stay below???

thanks again....

http://www.mizfrogspad.com/south_beach_diet.htm Maybe this link will help clear things up. I am currently doing atkins but I know that you can at least look at the food lists for the different phases. Hope that helps some.

Cool

HI

I agree with Elsah

This website is far better than the book, it lists all the phases and all the foods allowed for each phase. The book is somewhat outdated there have been some important changes to the diet and this website tells all!

Take some time to check it out, there are also some transcripts from Dr Ag that are real informative to read.
