Smile Newbie alert!!!!!

Hey everybody!!!! Well tomorrow is the big day. The day I start a new life and eating plan. I have read through the Atkins Book and am ready to begin (I think). Does anyone else have to read the book over and over again to figure out exactly what you can and can't have during the induction phase? I am very excited but also need moral support a buddy if you will to help push me onward. If anyone would care to chat and swap emails back and forth I am game. I look forward to hearing from you all soon so we can motivate one another to stay on track. Any ideas for meals would be great. I work during the day and plan to try and take my lunch vs eating out and being tempted to cheat. Take care and good luck to everybody!!! Sharon

Christine,

Thanks for the welcome, how long have you been on the low carb program and which one are you doing? How did you make it during the 1st few weeks?

Thanks for any advice!

Sharon

Default Thanks Diana,

Diana,

Thanks for the reply. Any tips for a first timer on the program and what I should and shouldn't do during the induction phase? Your pics are great. I need that type of inspiration to show me I can.

Thanks again,

Sharon

Becki,

Thanks for the welcome. I viewed your gallery and must say you look great girl. My husband is from Wisconsin as well. Grew up in Milwaukee until the USMC took him away. We live in Tn now. Look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Sharon,

Welcome to the forums. You said it when you said that you're starting a new way of life. That's exactly what it is. It's about changing emotions about food, habits, and tastes. But also for me, it's about finding out what i've been missing by being fat.

Anyway, i'm sure you'll find lots of good people and information here.

Good Luck!
Rem
