Default Best protein shake mix to get?

I am in the market to buy a case of protein powder mixes i guess. Was looking to make them at home before i went to the gym, or when i got home from the gym. One with the least ammount of carbs possible. Smoothie i presume they are called? Anyone have any suggestions? Hopefully they taste good too!! Also - should they be taken before or after workout? Thanks!

There are a number of them that people like ... I am sure everyone will be sharing their favorites soon ...

Personally, I like Ultra Size from Beverly Nutrition or Infusion by SAN (choc peanut butter) ... but I think I remember the majority in here like Optimum's protein ...

I like Optimum's Pro Complex in chocolate. It mixes very well and no chalky taste.

I also like Syntrax's Nectar. It comes in several flavors. Tastes like juice or punch. Also the Nectar has no carbs. So far they all are made with aspartame except the new flavor Fuzzy Navel which is made with splenda. A few of them are a little sweet. My favorites are Kiwi Strawberry and Wild Cherry Berry. I have only found Syntrax Nectar on-line not at any stores, but I'm still looking

I'm currently using these three:

Optimum Nutrition Whey Chocolate (tastes the best!) - 23grams/portion (so i usually have 2 scoops)
Iso Pro Lowcarb Whey Isolate (cheap protein isolate!) - 30grams/portion
Lowcarb Meltdown (contains some thermogenics) - 30grams/portion
