Default i'm gettin serious!

I cheated big time this weekend. I won't fill you in and torchure you w/ all of the delightful things I ate. They left me feeling icky,

anyway, I'm getting very serious here! I am getting back to basics and hopefully budge this weight! I'm changing my goal weight to 132 and bumping my weight back to 138.

Well, you gotta "pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start low carbing again"

If you journal, I'd write this down so you will remember how gross you felt last time and not be tempted again.

You can do it!!

Have a great day,
DANA

I also recommend journalling on the hangover that follows. I often look back at my old notes and that can keep me clean.

You CAN do it! Onward to goal!
