Wink Lost something finally

My first 2 weeks I lost 10 lbs and than nothing for 4 weeks. I got on the scale today and am down 3 more pounds. A month is such a long time for 3 pounds but I figure at least it's down and not up. Other than the slow slow loss I feel great and my blood sugars are better. I am a diabetic so my doctor thinks controoling carbs is the only way to lower my sugar. How do I change my weights? Thanks

Hello Pookette! Congrats on the pounds lost! Stick with it, you're doing great! I'm not sure what you mean by "change my weights?", could you please explain?
