Default Has anyone noticed?

Has anyone noticed that while losing weight on Atkins they have managed to get in smaller sizes than other weight loss plans? I used to have to weigh 20 pounds less to fit in the size I'm in now? I'm wondering if I will have to change my goal weight. Just curious - any input would be appreciated.

I've definately noticed my body shape has changed. I used to have the infamous bubblebutt (even when I was 120 lbs-way back in the younger days, hahah). Now I don't. I seem to be more proportioned instead of wider at the bottom.

Yes! This happens to me, too. It's very common. It's because low carb plans are protein sparing. Low fat/low calorie diets cause loss of too much lean body mass. This time around, you've shrunk but *maintained* the good weight - your muscles.

Yup. My clothes fit much looser this time than they did last time I weighed this. I am about 1-2 sizes smaller than my weight would suggest.

My body shape is positively better. Skin doesn't sag and I don't have a gaunt look in my face. Amazingly enough, I didn't get "flat chested" immediately, which is what has happened in the past when eating low fat.

Thanks to all that responded. It's good to know others are seeing the same thing and it's not just my imagination. Thanks again.
