For those of "size" looking for a way to add some exercise to their life, I submit the following website:

You know...I was asked recently (by someone far closer to sanity than me) to suggest some possilble exercise for those of us physically challenged to jump-start our WOL. I KNEW I had read something good on this subject somewhere.

Now if I only had remembered that I posted this here at the beginning of the month I would feel better. Talk about "senior" moment. :-) Thank goodness I am sexy or there would be no chance for me in a year. I obviously have little brains left.

I know you guys talked about a sitting down-video workout tape too. Some one with a back problem asked a question but I couldn't find that post again so I hope they find this one.

The sitting down exercise tape is "SIT TIGHT" by Richard Simmons (or rather the one that I used is titled that). Sure helped me. (And I did find the thread where that was asked and answered in there this morning.)
