Keto Shakes

I just got the banana creme pie and had one for breakfast, it was delicious! Has anyone tried the eggnog? Last christmas was the first christmas in 15 years that i didnt have any eggnog. Couldnt drink any cause of the high carbs. I think im going to get the Keto Eggnog Shake and mix it with carb countdown milk.. i bet it would be really good.

Hi Moon, I made eggnogg this past Christmas, used Splenda instead of sugar, and it was awesome! I served it at a party I had, and no-one noticed that is was sugar-free.
