Question Lean protein days???????

Okay, so I started the study on tuesday of this week. Yesterday I could barely get down all of my calories from my calorie boost day but today I am not hungry at all!! Do I need to still consume 10x my weight on lean protein days? It said to eat unlimited quantities but does this include less if I am not hungry?

Hi Christine,

Why did you start early? To be part of this particular study, the earliest day was yesterday, Thursday.

Unless I missed something, lean protein day is eat unlimited quantities, only until you are full. No calorie max or minimum. I think...

For anyone that really cares, I am doing this on my own! I did not have to start any particular day, I just wanted whomever answered my question to know what I was about!

Christine,

I care! And I wish you good luck. Sorry, I meant no offense. It's great to try the program on your own as well. I just misunderstood what you meant by "study" which implies a group program, analysis of results, etc.

I am also doing the study on my own. I started yesterday and am doing good. Today is fat fast day...not real bad, really. I am not hungry...that's good, isn't it...
I am afraid of not doing it totally correctly, so I am not being an official study participant. :
I am real new here, but liked the idea of doing the study. Is it ok if I ask qustions when necessary even if I am not an official study participant?

Thanks
Bev

Hi Bev,

Yes, by all means. This is the place for support for ALL low-carbers.

It just won't by a "study" it will be a "plan". A study, in the diet and medical sense of the word, is a term used to compare results for a controlled group of participants following certain guidlines. That's what our study is all about.

The methodology used, can be used by anyone, anywhere, in compliance or with added modifications, tailored to their own liking. It just won't be part of the data gathered for the conclusion and talliying of the results of the study.

Even the group involved in the study, will not add up to a number that qualifies it be a real study. But who cares, it will be useful to do it and see what happens.
