Default Side effects of CoQ-10 or L-Carnitine?

I was wondering if anyone has experienced side effects of CoQ-10 or L-Carnitine? I just started taking them yesterday (with food) and today I am feeling quite weird......I'm having trouble focusing on the words when I read and I feel a bit............jittery inside. I'm only taking 50 mg of the CoQ......and I think it was 500 mg of the L-Carnitine..............will this go away or should I stick with it for a few days and see what happens??

Hmmm.. I am curious too. I was told that taking L-Carnitine helps burn fat and was looking into taking that. But if you are feeling "weird", I don't know if I need that! I am plenty Weird on my own. Lol.

Hope somebody has some answers for you.

There have been no side effects found with CoQ10. I don't know about the l-Carnitine.

Hi,
I have been taking a CoQ10 & L-Carnitine combo for about two months now.
I do recall some odd goings on the first several days but nothing since. It is so hard to sometimes be objective when starting something new as anything out of the ordinary is attributed to it. Your body will make a definite statement to let you know if it does not want any more of something. My research came up with no published adverse reactions to this combo at the levels we are taking.
Best wishes,
T.

I have had no problems with the Q-10 or L-carnatine, though I do remember reading somewhere on this board about someone feeling what you described with the Q-10. Maybe try a search, that's probably what I did before I bought it. Hope your okay

Default Thanks for the replies....

I will give them a few days and see if I don't feel "un-weird"........it's not like the effects are unbearable.........just a little "odd".....in my quest to be "healthier" I feel funny taking things like supplements and then having any sort of reaction to them.......
I'll keep you all posted in a few days!!!
thanks for your help!

I take l-carnitine. No problems at all with it. No effect from it either though...
