Cool Fruit 2 O question

I really like this stuff. As far as I can tell it's okay, it's sweetened with Splenda. I've seen a couple of threads about water drinking where people mention that they're "bad" because they drink a lot of Fruit 2 O instead of plain water. Is there something in it that I'm missing that makes it bad?
Thanks,
Alli

I drink fruit 2-o and haven't had any problems with it, but I only drink about 2 bottles per day on top of getting my required water intake. If you are drinking tons of it and not getting your water in, you might have some problems

StarOrchid is right. It is only bad if you are drinking it INSTEAD of regular water.

Someone mentioned just adding a splash of it to your regular water bottle, which I thought was a great idea. For those who aren't sent to the land of the cravey by AS, it could be a good way to help get all that water in, every day.. That way, you could make one bottle of it last all day...
