Default I know it's a bit late

I know it's a bit late for New year resolutions, but
since I've been stalled for ages I have to be harder
to myself.
Writing it down and sharing it with all of you will hopefully
helps me to follow my plan.
Here it goes :
1/ excercice a bit every day
2/ drink more water, less coffee
3/ no SF candy
4/ less dairy products
5/ less artificial sweetner
6/ smile a bit more at my reflection in the mirror

Let's hope it will help !

That's a good idea I am gonna print that list in big letters and stick it on my refrigerator. And on my bathroom mirror I stick the message "SMILE"

Thanks !

It's never too late to make resolutions. the best time to make them is when you are ready to stick to them.

Be proud of yourself & yes Smile!!!
