Default Is Irish Whiskey different than Regular?

Have to find an idea for a HOT beverage to keep warm camping....Used to drink Southern Comfort with tea, but I have a feeling this must have carbs...

I love Irish Coffee, I know Whiskey has no carbs, didn't know if "Irish" Whiskey would, couldn't find any info surfing....anyone know?

Other hot drink ideas appreciated, too!

Irish whiskey doesn't. Irish cream, irish coffee and most of the drinks made from it does though

If you just have coffee and whiskey it should be ok.

Southern Comfort has no carbs... at least the ones above 80 proof.

As for other liquors, check out http://www.drinksmixer.com

It has specific carb counts for a lot of different liquors.

You can make your own LC Irish Cream with Irish whiskey, if you like Bailey's.
