Hey! Just want to introduce myself
Hi all!
I wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 31 year old male. I'm 5'9" and 185 pounds.
Most people would say that I don't need to lose any weight, but...I have this gut that makes me sick to look at. Other than that I have to admit I have an athletic build.
Recently separated, I feel, I should look in top shape. I think it will help me feel better.
Yesterday I decided that I would just stop eating carbs. I have done some research and found the hidden carbs that I have to look out for. I haven't pick a diet plan and am eager to find one that fits my lifestyle. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate to hear from you.
I work out almost everyday and I found that I am unable to lose my gut. Which I'm sure it has to do with the constant amounts of carb intake (Which is a hell of a lot).
I love bread, pizza and Pringles! It's only been two days and I'm going absolutely crazy. How do I stop the cravings?
Any suggestions on a Diet Plan and what book I should buy? What are some good snack ideas???
