Question Carbs/Calorie intake

For those of you who are on "on going weight loss" just wondering what your carb/calorie count for the day averages while still allowing you to lose.

Stats: 170/169/145 Female 65 inches

For best success for me:

Calories - 1300-1500
Carbs - 20 - 25
Fat - 55-65%
Protein - under 110 grams

But its not only these stats...its what you eat also. Stay away from frankenfoods...bars...SF candy...too much diet soda...baked goods...too miuch dairy...

Drink and continue drinking that water....80+ oz Skimping on water will slow things down...I noticed that.
