Default Advice needed about sweetners

Hi all , just put a search in google and stumbled upon you lot , Great forums i registered straight away , this is my first post so forgive me if it is not where it should be, anyway i was wondering if anyone could tell me the carb content of sweetex or canderell as those or the sweetners i have been using for many years and i would like to continue using them if possible.

Canderel is aspartame, which is not recommended under true-blue Atkins advice, although many people have no trouble with it.

Sweetex is saccharine, which is allowed.

Splenda is the preferred Atkins choice, usually.

Generally, you can count them as 1 carb per packet because a filler may be used to bulk them up. Their liquid forms are usually carb-free.
