Default Knock, Knock, Anybody Home? I'm here to join the 20 pound club!
Well, a pleasant surprise this morning, down another pound, total lost since re-induction, 4 pounds. I started induction again last Sunday.

My goal is 198 by V-Day. Current weight is 206.
