My New Years Resolutions!

Well...I am very much new here...first day here actually. I have decided that this year I am GOING to make good on my New Years Resolutions. I have decided to quit smoking & lose that thing that is constantly following me around...my BUTT! My carbs are going to go the way of the wind & hopefully my butt will follow. Happy New Years to you all & I hope to get to know you all better....I love to cook & hope to share recipies with you all!

welcome to the forum. Check out the recipe section, you'll get some great ideas. For me, the key with this WOE is to use enough variety in the way I cook things that I never get bored. I love to cook too, and have found that I can modify a lot of my old recipes to make them lc.
