Default Diagnosing Candida and Probiotics

I have some of the candida symptoms, or maybe an allergy to yeast or mold. Was wondering does your doctor run tests to diagnose candida?

Also, I started taking probiotics. The bottle says to work up to 9pills/day on an empty stomach. Does that mean take them all when you wake up or somehow spread it out through the day?

You will probably get the most benefit from taking the 1/2 the pills in the morning and half at night on an empty stomach.
No accurate tests to date. My doc just ruled out a few other things and I was fortunate enough to have a doc who isn't dimwitted (sorry but I've been to all the jerkies and paid 1000's just to get no help at all).
I need Diflucan meds because I have a high estrogen count in my body (estrogen has a way of keeping sugars near the lining of the gut which in turn feeds the fungus).
Some get instant relief from diet and probiotics alone.

I also have an underactive thyroid as a result of my high estrogen and this hinders my immune system from keeping the yeast in my gut in check.
