Default Cheated! Binged! Gorged! Time to get back on wagon.

Well, this week has been a terrible one for me in the lo carb sense. I cheated for four days straight....tried to get back on the wagon today and failed. And when I say cheated...I am talking as in totally blowing it! I feel pretty miserable about it, so I think I will have no trouble getting back on starting now since I felt so guilty. I am scared to weigh because I don't want to discourage myself so I will wait to weigh next Saturday. Hopefully not too much damage has been done. I hope all of you had a great Christmas!

I cheated on Christmas, I didn't have a blow out but it was a cheat none the less.

You can get back on the wagon!! Just keep remembering why you are doing this, and it will all come together!! Good Luck!!

I cheated, and was going to restart the 26th, I cheated first thing in the morning. I restarted yesterday, didn't cheat, but man the cravings were pretty bad. I mean a lot worse than induction was the first time. I fought it off, could have killed my BF for baking frozen choco chip cookies and eating 3 in front of me, but thank god for Reese's P-Butter cups. I ate 3 of them, killed the crave. I know they aren't allowed on induction, but it was better than going whole hog and eating a cookie which I was coming close to doing. It didn't seem to hurt me since I had a mini whoosh of 3 pounds off this morning of the 5 I regained. I'm not calling it a full fledged whoosh because I had already seen 219.5 come and go in the past, but it was still better than seeing me at 222.5 where I was the morning before!!!

That made it all worth sticking to my guns and staying on induction, no matter where it is it's nice to see a 3lb drop all in one day.
