Unhappy I am back from a half year hiatus!

Oh, I can't believe I let myself go so long. I am right back where I did not want to be. My back is giving me problems again and I know it is because of my weight. Why do I do this to myself! So, now it's back to induction.
Also, am I stupid to start up again so close to Christmas time?

Good for you!! I do think you're pretty brave starting again before the holidays, but that shows that you mean business. Just don't give in. Hah, I need to lay off the fingernails too (you meant biting right?? Do they have carbs?? If they do, I'm in BIG trouble ) They're practically nonexistant because of stress lately...good luck and stick with it. Ps-your son is absolutely adorable!

Welcome back Mommatbird. Just do it one day at a time and before you know it, you will get back in the swing of things. Just think if you waited til after the holidays, how much more weight would you have to lose then? Keep your chin up and stay in touch with us at this board.
