Smile O.K. I am ready.

O.K. I have read the book, had the blood tests, and they are alright, been to the nutritionist and am ready to start. Wish me luck. Eggs and bacon in the morning, what a concept.

Good luck!!!! Sounds like you're off to an awesome start - you've done all the important things first (reading the book, bloodwork etc.) so I'm sure you'll do great!

Don't forget the veggies and drink lots of water.... and be sure to tell us how you're doing!!!!

Wynter

Good luck to you! I know it seems weird to be planning a food rich menu while also aiming to lose weight. But it works for me!

Good luck to you!

Welcome to the forum!

You've made a huge step in the right direction by READING THE BOOK !! So many don't and end up setting themselves up for problems.

I see everybody pointed out water and veggies, but don't forget your supplements, too! A good multi and a cal/mag combo are a good start. Search the forum for more suggestions, tho.

Happy Low Carbing to you!

Nicole
