Default Tylenol/Aspirin

Hi. Can I take Tylenol (or similar) throughout the day (not just at Reward Meals) without effecting my CALP program? Any suggestions? Thanks...
Scott

I cannot quote it, because I don't have the CALP book here, but there is something in there about pain medications. I think they said it is better to take them as infrequently as possible and with a meal. I vaguely remember that they said that the pills could increase insulin production. (Yikes, my memory is bad today!) I noticed this because I used to take a lot of Advil for arthritis-type pain. Now, I take one in the morning with my supplements and that is it for the day. I guess the weight loss has lessened my pain.

Good luck!
Tracy

I try to time all supplements/medications with meals as well. Don't think it's mandated, but is listed in CALP as one of the options that might optimize weight loss.
