Default New target....

After 7 weeks of low carbing (Atkins) and great results (17st 9lbs ,BMI 44 - 15st, BMI 38) I have decided that 12st target I set myself is just to low to aim for as my BMI is still to high and I'll still be classed as over weight, so after careful cosideration I have set 12st as my half way point (from here) and a target of 10st(140)my goal.

In total I've lost 37 lbs and will need to lose another 70 lbs to reach target of 10st and have a BMI of 24

It may seem silly but I've made loads of charts that I have set goals on, one being a chart of all numbers 1 - 107 that for ever pound I lose I cover the number with a star... I've covered 37 so far and have made special milestones of 27, 54, 81 and the end of 107 as these are my quater, half, three quater and finish points. I feel like I'm at Junior school again with all my star charts

But its great to see it there in black and white (and gold and silver stars)

weigh to go. Great job. Charts and stars sounds good. don't forget to set a few mini goals and reward yourself as you acheive them.
Happy low carbing.

OK, I love the chart idea! I'm going to have to make me one of those. What a great way to keep yourself motivated by being able to see your progress in such precise terms! Congrats!

I also LOVE the chart idea! I'm gonna have to find some of those stars at Walmart tomorrow! Good for you, and thanks for the great idea!
