Default Please Help W/ Supplements!

Hello,

I've received some great advice from this forum regarding which supplements I should be taking for Candida. However, I've been looking for info on what an appropriate schedule would be. I'll be taking:

Acidophilus
CoQ10
Ester-C
L-Glutamine
L-Carnitine

I'm currently on a low card diet and having no problem sticking to it. I just need help scheduling my supplements. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Terri

L-glutamine - take 1 before each meal.

Acidophilus take in morning or at night on empty stomach.

I think the Ester C and CoQ10 work synergistically together so take them with food at the same time.
