There are many threads that I like to go back and re-read. A couple of threads in the Best Of forum that I think are really good are:
-- Uses and Abuses of Induction
-- Self-sabotage: How Do You Stop?

The "Best of" forum is great.

I think my favorite area is the Kitchen. I love cooking and there's always something new and different there.

One of my favorite recent threads was over on the Atkins forum - Habits of Long Time Low Carbers. Check it out.

I like those that discuss living with this WOE-more than just what to eat. Including a bit of humor always helps. Battling scales, HC Providers, coworkers, families. Shopping, kids, reactions by strangers and those who haven't seen you in a while. Life issues instead of food issues. Success stories.

I'll have to say the posts where someone has struggled, and stuck with it.. then get rewarded with weight loss. I like a good celebration.
