Hi there, In Canada there is Diet Crush Otange and the pink stuff my mind escapes me as to what flavour its called! The pop has Splenda in it...you can't get it at Zehr's but Valumart and Knechtels have it...

The pink stuff is the diet Cream Soda...also made with Splenda. I have also found a splenda fruit flavored water called "Talking Rain" at Costco (but only once, have not seen it since).

You can also find some sf chocolates and candies around (try drug stores) but beware of the dreaded maltitol laxative/gas side effects - they can be very nasty!

I have also found some Atkins products in health food stores: the endulge candy bars, sf syrup, bake mix and the low carb muffin/bread mixes.

Hope you can find what you're looking for!

Diet Rite is another name for Diet RC Cola, also, so if you have the latter, check the label -- it might be just want you need.

The original question was about products that are ok on induction. If you read Atkins there is a list of induction friendly foods and diet pop and chocolate bars are NOT on the list. Part of induction is suppose to be breaking your body of its sugar/sweet cravings so it is best to stay away from anything sweet for at least the first 2 weeks of induction. Some people can handle moving on to these things after they have either been on induction for several weeks or move on to the next phase. Just be careful as there seem to be a lot of posts about them making people stall. Also, check the Canada branch on here for more info about products available in Canada.

Good luck!

Check out the CANADA Forum there is sooo much info about products in canada...you may also find someone in your area that shops in some good stores.. I would recommend going there and searching "induction" or just starting going through the past posts...you'd be surprised what info you can get there!

Good luck, it is difficult finding some things north of of the border...but it is possible
