Talking It's me again!! good idea for xmas dinner!

£30 - £40 for a family of 4 for 2 days! not that bad really

I tend to buy my xmas dinner in marks and spencers (they should pay me for this!)

I get the turkey already to go in the oven (stuffed too)
the carrots/swede
brussels with butter and nuts
red cabbage
potato/onions
I buy the larger foiled dishes, already to take the lids off place in oven and serve at table!
the gravy also care of Marks, snip the lid and put in the micky.
tray of sausages/bacon rolls also prepared ready.

There's hardly any washing up and no hard work in the kitchen!!! It tastes fab and you really couldn't make it cheaper! There's always plenty left to chop up and mash, mix with butter (bubble & squeak type thing)and bake in the oven the next day, great with cold left over turkey/hams etc..
AND THE REASON WHY I DO THIS AND SUGGEST THIS IS.........WE NEED TIME OUT OF THE KITCHEN TOO !!! my kids get me and hubby for most of the day...none of this "in a minute" "won't be long" when my daughter is struggling to undo these retched Barbie doll boxes....GGGRRRRRR !!! ITS AFTER ALL.... THE KIDS WE DO IT FOR!!
so think about this, unless you have the mother-in-law from hell when you want to stay IN the kitchen 24/7 lol .........Joke Barbara I love you really xx
let me know your thoughts please

I think I wanna eat out for christmas dinner then there would be no washing up or cooking (bliss) but you can unzip your clothes and blob out on the sofa and watch tv!!
