Talking My stall may be broken
The last month or so I have been at the same weight. I was getting pretty frustrated. I've noticed yesterday and today that my weight is slowly creeping down. yeay I may have broken a stall. That makes me so happy. Just had to share!

hI THERE.. good for you ..i started my atkins diet no carbs last week but i haven't lost any weight at all.. i dunno what im doing wrong. please help..

WAY TO GO!!!! That's one of the hardest things with this WOE isn't it? I was stuck in a 7 week stall, and got on the scale this morning and had dropped 3 pds FINALLY! It may have something to do with cutting out sugar free chocolate bars. (sob). Anyway, congrats!

Thanks everyone! So far I've lost 1 - 1/2 pounds. Hopefully I will lose at least a couple more this month
