Red face 2 days of the flu........hope i didn't mess my

diet up!!! I had the flu for 2 days.......and couldn't keep anything down, or of course the other way!! So today i finally had to try alittle chicken soup, with a couple crackers.

But tomorrow its back to Atkins WOE, if my stomach will handle it!!

How does anyone else deal with eating or not eating when they have had the flu????

thanks........and by the way i lost 4-5 more pounds with the flu!! Its a hard way to lose it!!!

Start back SLOWLY. Clear broth, easy on the dairy (it can make the "other end" worse...) High-fiber veggies will be a help.

I like a custard when I'm not well... eggs, Splenda, vanilla, a bit of cream(thinned a bit with water)..microwave on 50% power for about 5 minutes or a little more depending on your microwave...

oh man I went rhough it too! flu for 2 weeks+ I messed up myself with the liquid nyquil...DUH! oh well

Its better to have the chicken broth and a few crackers than to eat nothing... once you are better just start induction again and you'll be okay.... its so hard to worry about this woe while you cant eat anything at all... get well soon!
