Exclamation I Was Bad - The Results Were Crazy

I don't believe this

We fired up the old grist mill and made whole grain cornmeal. I ate 2 pieces of cornbread with lots of butter
Also, breaded some fish for frying with the cornmeal and ate several of pieces.
Double

I was afraid to get on the scale for a week. But I weighed this morning and I have lost weight! Down from 159 to 157.5. I know that is not a lot by most people's standards, but for me it is a Whole Lot!

My DH also lost after eating it. He lost 3 lbs.
I am not going to press my luck by eating more, but it sure was good.

Go Figure!

Sometimes, a person can get away with something like that. Depending on what stage you're in, whole grains can be added slowly. After all, this is an eating change for life, and things like that have to be figured in.

I was carb-o-phobic before switching to the Carb Addict Diet. I now know that it's possible to still lose AND include healthy carbs. Of course I'm not eating as many carbs as most on CAD, but definately more than on Atkins.
