PICTURE of RASH - I have been reading about rashes here, and this morning I woke up with a rash, Yikes, does anyone have a picture of their rash to show? I was on this diet for 5 days then I have been off for 3days on a carbo binge, but I am back on this morning, but when I got dressed I saw this rash all over my torso, flat, red, a little itchy not bad, but from what I am reading on the posts people are expaining all kinds of rashes from small to large from bumps to flat, help!! Mine is flat, if someone can send me to a direction for a picture of the rash or rashes from allergies it would sure help, can't really go to a dr right now, to expensive. It's on my front and back torso and under my arms. THanks for any help

Rashes vary so dramatically in cause and type that trying to diagnose yourself by comparing yours with that of someone else over the internet is unwise at best, and could be downright dangerous at worst.

Please seek professional help with the diagnosis and treatment of your rash. If you truly can't afford to see a doctor, how about showing it to your pharmacist? He or she may well be able to help.

My pharmacist nailed down what my rash was... and on top of that she suggested what OTC allergy pill I should take... saved me some $$$$$$...
