Default lucky almonds

brousing though my supermarket i came across in the sultana area,,,you know the small boxes of sultanas we ate as kids in the little boxes we used to take to school? gee that brings bad memories,,lol,,,,
well I found little boxes just like that but in almonds instead,,,,, whole 30 gram box has a good handful in them and only 1.8 carbs for the lot..... great for trips and snacks,,,already measured and you are sure not to eat over your quota... now I buy a big bag of almonds and have kept the boxs and just refil them and its a perfect portioned size for me and my family to share......
just an idea if you are nut eater and can not stop and one and wonder how much you ate in total,,,lol
bye Rachael

Great tip! I'm always on the lookout for mini snack options.....only just discovered those long skinny salami sticks which are another great grab and run option.
