Default deep sleep

Is it me or does doing the woe make you go into a real deep sleep. So deep it is very hard to get up. So deep you sleep through your alarm. On this WOE I have TONS of energy during the day. Once I wake, It take very little time for me to rev up for the day, but this passed month I've slept in a few times. Any advise?

I've been sleeping really hard myself lately. How about the dreams? They're really weird!

I fall asleep really fast--no more tossing and turning( unless I have cheated) and I have a great sleep. But by the time 7 am rolls around I am wide awake even on weekends.
